Are you an aspiring Electrical Engineer looking for an autonomous and dynamic role offering full training in which you will work on exciting projects as you work closely with the Company Director to play a key part in shaping the future of a young and growing business?

This ambitious company has been built from the ground up since 2020 and have found great success, now working on a wide range of commercial projects with big names in the Automation industry across the UK, and they are now looking to expand the workforce to keep up with a growing and consistent project workload.

In this dynamic role you will be working closely with the Company Director, managing the project workload and liaising with clients to ensure client satisfaction and smooth running of projects from beginning to end. You will be responsible for the design, manufacture and distribution of all parts mechanical, and the manufacture and programming of electronics. You will work a Monday - Friday flexible working pattern of 37.5 hours a week, offering on the job training.

This varied and autonomous role would suit someone with a background in Automation, Electrical Design/Manufacture, and Technical Assembly, who wants to kick-start their career in Engineering and Project Management, and secure a high-up role in a young and growing business.

The Role:

• Project Management working closely with the Company Director
• Electrical Design + Technical Mechanical and Electrical Assembly
• Site visits and client facing
• Full Training provided

The Person:

• Electrical Engineering Graduate or similar
• Full Driver's Licence
• Commutable to Wellingborough
