About the Role:
We are looking for a committed Forklift Driver and Material Handling Specialist to become part of our Wellingborough team. In the Lamination department, you will be crucial in ensuring materials flow smoothly and operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure continuous material supply to Lamination lines and manage finished goods.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to accomplish daily objectives.
- Accurately implement and adhere to lamination production schedules.
- Diligently record stock movements in line with company procedures.
- Quickly identify and rectify any issues with the conveyor systems.
- Manage the movement of base materials to and from the Warehouse as needed.
- Practice safe driving and effective material handling methods.
- Foster a collaborative and positive environment with colleagues.

Requirements:

- Must be available for Monday to Friday shifts (07:00-17:00), with overtime flexibility.
- A keen learner with an enthusiastic approach to work.
- Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Must have proficiency in forklift truck (FLT) operation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
