Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Early Years provision across the school.
Ensure high standards of teaching and learning in the Reception classes.
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver a rich and engaging curriculum.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing support where needed.
Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the professional development of Early Years staff and ensure best practices are followed.
What We Are Looking For:
A qualified Early Years teacher with a minimum of QTS.
Experience of leading or co-ordinating Early Years education within a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
A creative and inspiring leader who can motivate staff and engage children.
A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.
