This is a Full Time Permanent office based role working 08.30 - 17.00 Mon - Friday from the companies Rushden, Northamptonshire based offices paying a starting salary of between 26,000 - 30,000 plus benefits to include 20 days holiday rising to 25 days plus bank holidays, Staff car park with Electric Vehicle charging points, 8% contributory pension scheme

The ideal candidate will be an organised and efficient administrator that pays great attention to detail and may even have worked in a planning/ scheduling / Operations support role previously.

You will be methodical, flexible, be able to prioritise and think on your feet. It's busy and fast paced!

The duties of this Industrial Administration role include :

  • Supporting Engineers with booking hotel, flights, trains, taxis and car parking
  • Visa applications
  • Processing Engineers visit reports and Contracts into the system
  • Ordering and distributing PPE
  • Invoicing of Aftersales customers work carried out - gaining approval where required
  • Provide phone support for Reception
  • Supporting the Scheduler / Planner with administrative duties.
