- Inspect returned hire equipment for damage and prepare it for service or calibration.
- Process hire and sales orders, ensuring smooth dispatch.
- Maintain and update a database system with hire and service records.
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, building trust and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Admin teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to fulfill role responsibilities.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B minimum).
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Competence in MS Office and database systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Manufacturer training provided after probationary period.
