Impact Recruitment are looking for a Hygiene Manager, on our client's behalf, to join their business and to ensure continued growth in a food production environment. This is a great opportunity to take charge of a new role for a nationwide company, in their Wellingborough site and make it your own!

You will oversee their hygiene operation on the night shift. The successful candidate will ensure all hygiene operatives are clear with their tasks and that the deep-clean operation is completed efficiently.

Monday - Friday, 18:45 - 04:00.

The role:

  • Leading the hygiene team.
  • Manage COSHH for the site including maintenance of chemical list and SDS's.
  • Providing expert knowledge in relation to Food Contact and Environmental Hygiene requirements.
  • Overseeing the deep clean process on the night shift.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance of the hygiene cleaning schedule.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard by hygiene operatives.
  • Monitor and manage all chemicals on side including the ordering of replenishment stock.
  • Leading investigations into any out of specification food contact or environmental swab fails.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in hygiene within the production or manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience in managing teams.
  • Fantastic planning and organisational skills.
  • Qualifications in HACCP and COSHH.
