Salary: £38,000-£40,000 (OTE £45,000+)
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Hours: Mon to Thurs, 12.00 finish Friday

Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market leading firm based in Wellingborough. The responsibilities:

  • Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QSHE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost saving route.
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are upkept across the site to ensure employee safety
  • Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards alongside work to of be trained in NEBOSH
  • Respond & Liaise surrounding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measure to ensure the issue is fixed
  • Implementing Quality Assurance Tools
  • Reduce waste, utilise renewable materials & energy.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' worth of experience working as a quality engineer or QSHE manager within a manufacturing environment.
  • A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 40001 etc)
  • Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials etc)
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
