Are you passionate about education and supporting the learning environment in a secondary school setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cover Supervisor at a secondary school in Wellingborough.
Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising students in the classroom, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic progress. This position requires someone with exceptional behaviour management skills and a genuine commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within a secondary school setting.
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working in a similar role within education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in learning activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups as required.
Salary: 90-100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
