Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The salary range is 16,000.00 - 18,500.00 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in developing key skills for future trade employment.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting pupil progress.
- Work both as a member of a team and independently.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare materials for lessons and displays.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Good level of education with appropriate literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make a significant difference in the lives of young people.
