This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, whether you have experience as a Teaching Assistant, are considering a career in teaching, or simply want to make a difference in the classroom.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing essential support to students to help them stay focused and engaged in lessons.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Working with students who need extra support, either one-to-one or in small groups.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student development.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and student support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in a school setting.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
