Applications Manager - The Role:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of application solution specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team ethic with a results driven focused approach to delivering solutions to customers requirements
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of industrial application projects for a wide variety of industries
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team and customer where needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for certain key major customers, managing technical requirements and delivering solutions to customer expectations ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of the team
- Ensure accurate and succinct project records are maintained, present regular status reports to customers, colleagues and senior management, manage pipeline activity and delivery
Applications Manager - The Person:
- Background in Industrial Automation; Applications, Sales, Tendering or Service
- Excellent communicator and customer focused
- High level of commercial and technical aptitude
- People first attitude to leadership
- Results driven and self-motivated
