- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient work-flows.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Receive and verify deliveries, ensuring the correct items are identified and allocated appropriately.
- Accurately pick and pack materials, ensuring proper labelling, re-boxing, and organisation.
- Complete inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, and power trucks, to move goods around the warehouse.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and efficient handling of requests.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised, following company safety standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience with counterbalance or reach trucks is advantageous, though training is available.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, scanners, and Microsoft Excel.
- A sound understanding of safe manual handling practices.
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and procedures is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and completing tasks.
