Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Wood Paint Sprayer to join our client's talented team. As a Wood Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wooden products using spray equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth, even, and high-quality application of paint and coatings to enhance the aesthetics and durability of our wood products.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, and cleaning as necessary before applying paint or coatings.
  • Operate spray equipment, including airless and High Volume Low Pressure systems, to apply paint or stains to wooden surfaces.
  • Mix and match paint colours and adjust spray equipment settings to achieve the desired finish.
  • Ensure proper coverage, smoothness, and uniformity of paint or coatings on wooden surfaces.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues or defects in the paint application process.
