- Processing defective material returns within defined timescales and to strict supplier guidelines.
- Establish relevant KPI’s ensuring that your team meet the required targets for performance and accuracy and customer demands.
- Develop and promote the ability to complete 3rd and 4th party logistics loops.
- Effectively present to and develop for customers the logistic services and benefits on offer.
- Negotiate continuous improvements in logistic costs and service.
- Facilitate development of system interfaces between supplier's systems and in-house systems.
- Development of packaging solutions.
- Effective claims management for transit losses/damages
- Verify and approve all freight related invoices.
- Ensure all inbound/outbound deliveries are complaint with latest tariffs.
- Perform Customs Compliance and clearance management ensuring all shipments adhere to relevant governing body H&S standards, (lithium batteries etc)
- Identify, manage, and implement any necessary customer accreditations.
- Management of site finished goods warehouse & outbound logistics.
- Through utilisation of logistics team and be responsible for planning & selection of carriers.
- Strong commercial appreciation preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines

- Understanding of customs and excise
- Demonstrable experience working in a reverse logistics environment is beneficial.
