About The RoleThe role of the Operations Manager - Inventory is part of the End to End Supply Chain function and is responsible for stock integrity, stock processes, and management of the Inventory Administration Team. Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures. Identify areas requiring improvement and create a plan to implement and monitor. The successful candidate will lead and deliver continuous improvements in quality, compliance & inventory management through actively engaging with your peer group within the business and deliver functional accountability as set out by your line manager.You will have a minimum of 3 years of Inventory Supervisory management or higher. Preferably come from a warehouse or manufacturing background, with Lean management experience. Able to work with operating systems IFS (preferable but not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite.
