This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000–£55,000, based on experience, and the chance to make a significant impact on operational excellence and team performance.About the RoleAs a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient management of shipping, receiving, reconditioning, and storage processes. This pivotal position requires maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety while driving improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:
  • Oversee the refurbishment and reprocessing of equipment to meet business targets.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of goods.
Facilities Maintenance:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse machinery, including cranes, paint spraying systems, and conveyor systems, while maintaining safety compliance
Equipment and Logistics Management:
  • Coordinate equipment returns, prioritising reconditioning efforts to meet schedules.
  • Manage trucking and shipping operations, optimising freight costs and resource utilisation.
Team Leadership:
  • Train and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership to achieve departmental goals.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Uphold safety protocols, maintain a clean and organised warehouse, and ensure adherence to all regulations and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the department.
