Oversee the refurbishment and reprocessing of equipment to meet business targets.
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of goods.

Facilities Maintenance:

Ensure the smooth operation of warehouse machinery, including cranes, paint spraying systems, and conveyor systems, while maintaining safety compliance

Equipment and Logistics Management:

Coordinate equipment returns, prioritising reconditioning efforts to meet schedules.
Manage trucking and shipping operations, optimising freight costs and resource utilisation.

Team Leadership:

Train and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership to achieve departmental goals.

Safety and Compliance:
