Role Overview: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our window and door manufacturing machinery. You will be responsible for conducting both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including inspection, lubrication, and calibration.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues to maintain optimal machine performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs and schedule downtime for repairs.
  • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all maintenance activities.
  • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts usage, and equipment status updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced inMechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experienceas a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial setting, preferably with electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCsand pneumatics ideally.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
