About the Role
We're seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our machinery and equipment while ensuring minimal downtime.

What You'll Do:
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs to ensure production continuity.
Conduct preventative maintenance schedules and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain safety and compliance standards.
Provide rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize disruption.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND in Engineering).
