We are a growing family run business based in Wellingborough, providing commercial catering equipment facilities support to well-known National brands.

We are a friendly and open business led by our family values, we value each team member, encouraging ideas that can drive business success and contribute to a great quality service.

We are seeking a full time Projects Co-Ordinator to join our team, someone that can bring positivity, an inquisitive mind and provide solutions to problems.

We need someone who will be able to problem solve, multitask, have good attention to detail and an ability to keep focused on delivering a personalised service within agreed timescales.

You will be a confident communicator and able to build natural rapport with clients, supplier and engineers. An ability to manage your own workloads and meet deadlines is essential.

As a Projects Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions for our clients and supporting the wider business development team.

Your responsibilities will include specifying new equipment, co-ordination of equipment deliveries, managing orders and projects, collaborating and problem solving with internal teams and our suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Your contribution will directly impact the commercial success of the business, making you an integral part of our future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide catering equipment solutions to clients through understanding their specific needs and requirements from enquiry through to delivery and installation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment, orders, and projects across all clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless personalised and high-quality service across all business areas to clients.
  • Proactively contribute to the commercial success of the business within your role, identifying opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, representing the company with integrity and excellence.
  • Pre-empt and address quickly any issues or challenges that arise during the equipment sales process, finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver on team responsibilities, contribute to team meetings and support the wider team as required.
