Job Title: Operations Manager,
Working in the Manufacturing of Windows, Doors & Conservatories
Northamptonshire Based Company

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 ( neg)

Working Hours for the Operations Manager are : Monday - Friday 40 Hours a week

Duties od the Operations Manager Role
?Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency and quality.
?Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
?Lead, mentor, and develop a team of people, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a culture of - we are all one team, working together.
?Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
?Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
?Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.
The successful Operations Manager will have
?Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a relevant industry of window and door fabrication is ideal
?Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
?Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
?Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
?Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
