I am working alongside a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to onboard a site manager to help manage and deliver a civils and infrastructure scheme being delivered in Northamptonshire. My client operate nationally, delivering projects within the the infrastructure, rail and civil engineering sector.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures.
- Firmly adopting and embracing the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.
- Meeting teams and providing guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.
- Understanding of the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- TWC/TWS.
- Previous experience in a site managers role.
- Previous experience with highways and roads.
- Full UK driving licence.
