Monday to Friday, 8-4PM

Sellick Partnership Ltd are supporting a housing association with the recruitment of a Development Manager to work within their organisation to identify and progress development opportunities to deliver their objectives for the delivery of new homes within their patch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the progress and procurement of new property developments
  • Managing new and remodelling the sites from conception to completion
  • Managing planning issues
  • Providing progress on the technical, legal and financial stages of the development
  • Negotiating purchases and sales of properties

Essential criteria for the role

  • Relevant New build/ Construction experience
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
