Development Manager (New Build Housing)
300 Day Rate

Monday to Friday, 8-4PM
Sellick Partnership Ltd are supporting a housing association with the recruitment of a Development Manager to work within their organisation to identify and progress development opportunities to deliver their objectives for the delivery of new homes within their patch.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the progress and procurement of new property developments
- Managing new and remodelling the sites from conception to completion
- Managing planning issues
- Providing progress on the technical, legal and financial stages of the development
- Negotiating purchases and sales of properties
Essential criteria for the role
- Relevant New build/ Construction experience
- Full UK Drivers Licence
