Role: Onsite Service Engineer

Location: Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, NN9

Hours of work: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch) - Flexibility Required due to travel

Basic Salary: 27,500

As a Onsite Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for;

• Completing onsite visits - carrying out inspections, services and repairs to equipment
• Building relationships with customers, including advising customers
• Inputting hire and service information onto internal database
• Provide technical support over the phone and on site
• Keeping the onsite vehicle in good working order

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience within a workshop environment
• To be mechanically minded
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• To be flexible with your working hours - OVERNIGHT STAYS REQUIRED
• Excellent people skills and customer focused
