Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader)
Location: Northampton
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)
Salary: £29,250 Total Salary + Overtime
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our company to carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance cleaning programmes across several retail site locations whilst managing and supervising the team of Case Maintenance Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
- Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
- To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
- To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs
- Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.
The ideal candidate:
- Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)
- Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work.
- Customer focused and self motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
