- Have an understanding the importance of escalating quality issues from our suppliers.
- Completed and passed all customer modules required for the role.
- Repair and document equipment repair in accordance with procedures and guidelines
- Order and replace components as per customer guidance
- Test device after repair
- A basic fundamental understanding in electronics.
- Ideally, you will have worked in a diagnostics production role and have attributes to ensure customer devices are repaired in a cost-effective and safe way
- Previous experience in repair and diagnostics experience of boxes or smart devices would be advantageous
