A very unique role for an Internal Sales/Account manager has come up within a small satellite office based in Wellingborough that supply specialised Metals to Industries such as the Navy (to build Submarines), the Ministry of Defence and the Oil and Gas industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven Sales background, excellent Mathematical skills (as calculations are an essential part of the role) and ideally some technical background or an interest in the industries supplies. On the job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be open to learning all about differing metal specifications.
There is No cold calling required.
The role will be to
- Maximise sales to new and existing customers
- Build Rapport and customer Relations
- Negotiating and finalising purchase orders and Contracts with Customers
- Look at Technical specifications to assist in providing Quotations
- Purchase required Raw material from Mills - Copper Nickel based Alloys
- Think outside the box
