Shifts: 3-Tier Shift Pattern (8-4, 6-2, 2-10)

Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Biased) to join a dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for electrical maintenance, installations, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime.
Engineering Projects: Assist in the delivery of engineering projects to improve operational efficiency.
Installations & Commissioning: Support new equipment installations and ensure smooth commissioning.
CMMS & Continuous Improvement: Work within a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log faults, repairs, and improvements.

Process Optimisation: Identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement solutions.

What We're Looking For:
Electrical Engineering Qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, or equivalent)
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of CMMS and continuous improvement processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
