Supporting the entire product life cycle, they specialise in design input, pre-sales testing, product customisation, field support, technical assistance, and repair, refurbishment, and replacement programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking international company.The Role:As a Line Quality Operator, you will ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards before shipment to customers. This critical quality control process includes thorough visual inspections and functional tests to verify product functionality, appearance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative and detail-focused team committed to achieving excellence at every stage.Key Responsibilities:
  • Report any QA issues or defects identified during the inspection process.
  • Assist with final QA checks to confirm device functionality prior to shipping.
  • Conduct initial quality checks to ensure all devices meet repair requirements.
  • Understand the process flow of the product through the repair stages.
  • Locate and follow current work instructions accurately.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to ESD standards throughout production operations.
  • Ensure accurate transaction completion and data entry at every stage.
  • Consistently meet quality standards to confirm units are constructed correctly per the work instructions.
  • Demonstrate the importance of health and safety protocols within the production area.
  • Verify that tools and equipment are fit for purpose and suitable for assigned tasks.
  • Apply the principles of 5S within the work environment to maintain organisation and efficiency.
  • Escalate any supplier quality issues through the proper reporting channels.
What You’ll Need:
  • Qualified or working towards IPC-A-610 certification (desirable).
  • Experience working in a production environment with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of 5S methodology and the importance of quality escalation.
