- Escalate any supplier quality issues through the proper reporting channels.
- Qualified or working towards IPC-A-610 certification (desirable).
- Experience working in a production environment with a focus on quality assurance.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Understanding of 5S methodology and the importance of quality escalation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously.
