- Audit all QC procedures carried out in factory
- Assist in the training of technical standards and SOP’s
- Approve first production runs of new products
- Liaise with finished goods and raw material warehouses regarding traceability and stock issues
- Where issues are identified, you will support factory team in identification of the root of the problem, offering innovative solutions
- Drive continuous improvement along with our CI team and strive to educate others to think quality first.
- Good working knowledge of COSHH, HACCP and Food Safety standards, gained from working within a food manufacturing environment or within a technical function
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ensuring that you are analytical as you will be required to be critical thinker who will probe and question the options.
- Thinking logically and objectively and has the ability to evaluate alternatives effectively.
