- Prepare and manage the application and payment processes on all Contracts
- Negotiate and procure materials and subcontractor services.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports, contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
- Experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the window replacement or construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations..
