As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons, ensuring student engagement and progression.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold school policies.
- Adapt to different schools, year groups, and subjects with confidence.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school and maintain continuity of learning.
- Provide feedback on student performance as required.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months UK classroom experience in a Supply Teacher role.
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to engage students.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- A passion for education and a flexible approach to teaching.
