We are partnering with a Secondary School in Wellingborough to recruit a new Art Teacher starting in January 2025. Ideal candidates will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach up to KS5 level. Excellent behaviour management, adaptability, and the skill to prepare well-differentiated lessons are essential. This role is also perfect for ECTs ready to kickstart their teaching careers.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has recent experience teaching Art or is an Early Career Teacher.
- Possesses excellent behaviour management skills.
- Has a thorough understanding of the KS3, KS4, and KS5 Curriculum.
- Can promote cultural development.
- Demonstrates great communication and lesson delivery skills.
- Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
