Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming residential setting.
Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Salary: 25,500 (Unqualified) / 28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified)
Sleep in allowance: 55 per sleep in
Location: Wellingborough
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
- Assist with daily activities and routines.
- Support the emotional and social development of residents.
- Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month (55 sleep-in allowance).
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the children and young people's sector.
- QCF Level 3 qualification or commitment to achieving this.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle essential.
