Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a warm and welcoming residential service in Wellingborough.
Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Salary: 25,500 (Unqualified) / 28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified)
Sleep-in Allowance: 55 per sleep-in
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
- Help with daily activities and routines.
- Support the emotional and social development of our residents.
- Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month (55 sleep-in allowance).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the children and young people's sector.
- QCF Level 3 qualification or a commitment to achieving this.
- Driver's licence and your own vehicle.
