Permanent Position - Paid to Scale + SEN Allowance

We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic, and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a creative and flexible approach to teaching, who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach across a range of subjects to students with a variety of special educational needs.
Develop and deliver personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Provide a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to tailor teaching methods to suit the learner.
Passion for SEN education and a commitment to student well-being and progress.

Benefits:

Part-time position (0.6 FTE).
