- Working with customers via email and phone throughout the whole of Europe and the UK to coordinate deliveries and collections of goods
- Research various vendor options and select the best options based on the customers’ needs
- Work with vendors to determine a reasonable rate and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
- Handle any related to vendor service, such as poor product quality or delivery delays
- Find solutions to budget limitations, vendor errors, and other problems as they arise
- Keep an accurate record of jobs on hand
- Track orders from placement through to delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Import compliance for HMRC administrative support
- Provide support to other areas of the business when required
