Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive QSHE Manager to ensure ongoing compliance with certifications like ISO 9001 and 14001, and to drive improvements in Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment across the business. This role is integral to reducing risks, addressing customer complaints, and enhancing our environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee safety and minimize risks.
  • Investigate accidents, find root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle customer complaints and implement countermeasures.
  • Promote a quality-focused culture using Quality Assurance tools.
  • Manage QSHE aspects of new product and process introductions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • IT literate with intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and experience using inspection equipment.
