In this varied role you will plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure the efficient delivery of goods, collaborating with internal teams to meet order fulfillment targets. You will monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery, optimize transportation processes to reduce costs, and maintain accurate records of transportation activities. As the main point of contact, you will liaise with drivers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operations both domestically and internationally.
