We are recruiting an Experienced Transport Planner on behalf of our customer who are a well-established logistics company based in the Wellingborough.
As a Transport Planner your responsibilities will include;
- Planning effective routes
- Managing customer/network orders and prioritising based on customer requirementsÂ
- Addressing and resolving operational issues and queries as they arise
- Driving continuous improvements in transport operations.
- Making quick decisions under pressure and within tight timescales.
- Adapting to business requirements, particularly during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Strong Geographical Knowledge of the UK
- Proficient in Microsoft packages particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
The Employment package on offer;
- Up to £33,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 0830 to 1830
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holiday
- Auto enrolled Pension
