Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may include weekend working during busy periods)

Quest Employment is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Wellingborough, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers.

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

• Meeting production targets and deadlines.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

• Assisting with shipping and handling orders.

• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Identifying and reporting defects or operational issues.

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts during busy periods.
