Sonic Summary

The company is seeking Warehouse Operatives with previous Counterbalance experience for immediate employment in Raunds.
Duties include picking large appliances, loading and unloading vehicles, and candidates must be physically fit due to the heavy items handled.
Candidates should have previous warehouse experience, and while Counterbalance experience is preferred, out-of-date or in-house training is acceptable as refreshers will be provided.
The position requires a commitment to long-term employment, with shifts rotating between 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, and Saturdays may be required every six weeks.
The pay rate is £11.44 per hour, and applicants must submit their CVs to apply.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with previous Counterbalance experience for immediate start for our Raunds based client.

Duties will include:

Picking of large appliances with Sack barrow truck

Loading and Unloading of vehicles

Previous warehouse experience and experience on a Counterbalance however this can be out of date or inhouse as refresh will be given, please note you will not be on the Counterbalance until after you go permanent due to training

Must be hardworking, reliable and available long term

Must be physically fit due to heavy items

Hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm this will rotate weekly, however for the first 12 weeks they would be happy for just a 6am to 2pm but you would then need to go onto rotation shift after 12 weeks. Saturdays will be required possibly 1 in 6.

Rates of pay £11.44 per hour, 40-minute break 1 x 10 minutes and 1 x 30 minutes breaks unpaid.

Site tour and interview will be required.
