WSR are recruiting for a MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator for our client based in Wellingborough

Monday - Friday 7am -5pm.

Join a well-established company in Wellingborough and become an integral part of our client’s team as an experienced MIG & TIG Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing, fabrication, repair, and servicing of equipment within the piling industry.

MIG/TIG Welder Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cut materials for welding
Fabricate light to medium structures
Interpret and work from technical drawings
Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing workload

MIG/TIG Welder Required Skills/Experience:

Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding and fabrication
Numerical proficiency
Ability to read fractions and use a tape measure
Competency in reading technical drawings
Proficient in MIG welding in both horizontal and vertical positions
Familiarity with industrial steel tooling, including horizontal band saw, drill press, grinders etc.
