We are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our growing team, providing essential maintenance services across the Somerset area. In this role, you will be working within our domestic properties with damp and mould cases. The position involves working on installations of kitchens and bathrooms as well as external duties.
- Masonry/Stonework Repairs
- Patch Plastering
- Plasterboarding
- Brickwork and Blockwork
- Concreting Slabs & Paving
- Fencing Repairs
- Damp Proofing
- Chemical Treatments
We are seeking individuals who can consistently deliver work to a high standard and ensure complete customer satisfaction by completing jobs 'Right First Time.Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in core trade (Plastering, Bricklaying, Maintenance etc)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in domestic properties
You will be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with some overtime available. The hourly pay rate for this role is £16.72 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £14.25 Inclusive of holiday). Please contact Lewis for more information on or email your CV to
