£35,000- £45,000 (DOE)

Full Time, Permanent.

Panama Shifts (days & nights) – Long weekend off every other weekend.

Our client, an internationally recognised manufacturer of consumer goods is looking to add 2x electrical engineers to their 24/7 engineering team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:

Working as part of the maintenance engineering team, your objective will be to ensure the smooth running of all production and process machinery on site. Duties will include:

• Reactive maintenance- responding to breakdowns, the timely fault finding and repair of electrical/mechanical faults.
• Planned maintenance- conducting planned maintenance servicing of machinery to ensure the longevity and smooth running of all equipment.
• Complete factory startups and shutdowns
• Support with installation and modifications of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Provide support, coaching and training of production/operational staff.

The Requirements:

• Qualified in an electrical discipline
• Previous experience working in an engineering environment
• A willingness to learn
• A hands on approach to problem solving
• Previous experience working in a FMCG or food manufacturing environment (desirable)
