Key responsibilites:

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Accurately interpret and enter customer orders into the order processing system, and issue job sheets to production.
  2. Address customer queries and general inquiries via telephone or email.
  3. Maintain regular contact with customers who have standing orders, determine their weekly needs, and coordinate call-offs with the conversion supervisor.
  4. Keep precise records of finished stock held for customer call-offs and generate invoices as needed.
  5. Order corrugated materials from suppliers and manage their receipt.
  6. Set up basic specifications within the Abaca system and send quotes to customers.
  7. Collaborate with the design department on sample approvals and artwork.
  8. Submit basic artwork requests through a web center.
  9. Perform other office duties such as reporting and letter writing.
