We are seeking a talented Amazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of contact center solutions for our clients. You will be part of a team focused on building and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWS services.

Responsibilities:

Technical Implementation:Develop, test, and deploy components of contact center solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.

AWS Utilization:Leverage knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to support contact center solution development.

Amazon Connect Proficiency:Gain proficiency in Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent desktops, and routing.

CDK Familiarity:Learn and utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.

Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Learning and Development:Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, and contact center technologies.

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of cloud computing and contact center concepts.

Exposure to AWS services and architecture.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

Experience with performance and load testing of Managed services
