An award-winning Housing Developer is looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a project in Telford. With an immediate start, the Assistant Site Manager will be working up until Christmas and possibly into the new year. The project consists of traditional new build houses.

Job Duties:
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
  • Manage and coordinate trades on site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Conduct snagging and quality checks on new build housing
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid SMSTS certification

Experience:
