Responsibilities:
Following their initial in-house training period, the fulltime position of customer account administrator will require you to manage 20 plus client accounts at any one time. You will be responsible for the day to day administration which will include:-

  • Processing customer enquiries, setting up new accounts, preparing quotations right through to sale and final despatch.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner in order to maintain strong relationships with our existing client base and develop new contacts.
  • Customer service duties, resolving any queries that may arise whilst retaining customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to advise and communicate confidently with an eye for detail vital.
  • Regular contact with suppliers with the ability to negotiate and source competitive rates.
  • Accurate and efficient preparation of customer files with neat and tidy manual data recording.
  • Some manual packing or lifting may be required at times.
  • General administration duties as required.

About you:
Previous Administration and customer service is a must.
Computer literate and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel and interested in learning new IT systems as there will to get to grips with.

Full time hours (100% site based)
