JOB TITLE: Temporary Administrator

LOCATION: Wellington, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: Up to £13.00 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 30 - 37 hours

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Administrator to join our client's fun and friendly team on a temporary basis. This role is for a minimum of 3 months, therefore you should be available immediately and able to commit to the full duration of the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing invoices on the internal finance system and updating spreadsheets.
  • Engaging with the management team to discuss the invoicing pipeline and preparing prompt sheets where required.
  • Assisting with the review of staff timesheets and preparing the monthly payroll spreadsheet for the payroll team.
  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
  • Preparing and collating all office and works paperwork, including accurate electronic document filing.
  • Raising purchase orders (POs) and ensuring that all invoices coming into the office have PO numbers on them.
  • Maintaining stationery and PPE stock for the division.
  • Updating social media platforms.
  • Using the online portal to book accommodation and some ad-hoc flight/train travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with maintaining the training database and booking required training courses.
  • Assisting with maintaining vehicle tax/MOT and visual inspections.
  • Looking after daily outgoing post.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience with finance systems and invoice processing is desirable.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
