Role objective:
Manage & maintain the company ISO9001 QMS and identify, investigate and resolve any quality issues through to resolution
Audit, analyse, design, maintain and manage quality processes, standards, procedures and specifications to ensure guidelines are adhered to and targets met by
Essential criteria:
Solid experience of ISO9001 QMS
Excellent analytical, problem solving and shooting ability
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
High standard of IT / reporting
Work knowledge of both UK & European quality standards
